How to take
Herbal medicines are available in powder or tablet form.
If there is no request, it is basically powder. Powders are more effective than tablets.
Dissolve one cup in hot water with a spoon provided.
Take when cool
Take 3 times a day before or between meals on an empty stomach.
If you forget to take a dose, take it when you remember. Allow at least 4 hours between doses before taking the next dose.
